She incorporates elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy based on her client’s needs. Her practice is affirming of individuals within the LGBTQ+ spectrum. Leigh Anne joined Alabama Psychiatry in November 2019. She is now accepting new patients at our Montgomery location.
